Local Election Results 2019

The Green Parties in Surrey joined the GPs in much of the rest of the country and made dramatic gains in the Borough and District Elections on 2nd May

Our three Councillors in Reigate and Banstead held their seats with massively increased majorities.
They were joined on R&B Council by 3 new colleagues as we swept the board in our two target wards of Redhill East and Earlswood & Whitebushes. Exceptionally, all seats on the council were being elected due to extensive boundary changes.

Elsewhere in Surrey we won eight seats in total spread across 5 of the other Boroughs and Districts - all of which were electing. In addition we had numerous strong 2nd places across even more of the county.

Also we won seats on Bagshot and Windlesham Parish Councils and Godalming and Haslemere Town Councils

Well done all!
